12-inch cast iron skillet

Directions

  1. Preheat grill on HIGH with 12-inch cast iron skillet on grill grate, 5 min.
     
  2. Add bread crumbs, cheese, and basting oil to small bowl; stir to combine. Fill tomato halves with equally divided bread crumb mixture; set aside.
     
  3. Add veggie spaghetti, demi-glace, and mustard to bowl; toss to combine. Set aside.
     
  4. Coat heated skillet with olive oil. Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper. Center steaks in skillet; sear 1 min. Turn steaks over; arrange tomatoes and veggie mixture around steaks. Close grill lid.
     
  5. Cook 7-8 min until steaks reach desired doneness (refer to temp charts for final internal temp). Remove skillet from grill using oven mitts; serve.

Grill alternative:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Add bread crumbs, cheese, and basting oil to small bowl; stir to combine. Fill tomato halves with equally divided bread crumb mixture; set aside.
     
  2. Add veggie spaghetti, demi-glace, and mustard to bowl; toss to combine. Set aside.
