Directions

  1. Add broccoli to large pot of boiling. salted water; blanch 2-3 min until crisp-tender. Drain; transfer to bowl of ice water. Drain; set aside.
     
  2. Place pork in small bowl. Add water, 1 Tbsp at a time, working with hands until water is absorbed into pork. Sprinkle cornstarch over pork and work in with hands to coat all pieces.
     
  3. Drizzle oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt wok to distribute evenly. Heat oil in pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, wok is too hot.)
     
  4. Add pork; cook, stirring, 2 min. Add green onions and sauce; cook, stirring, 2 min.
     
  5. Stir in orange and orange zest. Serve over broccoli.
