6-8 qt slow cooker


  1. Season beef with salt on both sides. Add beef, red chile sauce, carrots, and mushrooms to 6-8 qt slow cooker.
  2. Cover; cook on HIGH 6 hours or LOW 10 hours. Transfer beef to cutting board. Shred beef; remove and discard any fat. Return shredded beef to slow cooker; stir to combine and heat through.
