  1. Add beef, veggies, stock, tomatoes, and sauce to 6-8 qt slow cooker.
     
  2. Cover; cook 4 1/2 to 6 hours on HIGH or 8-10 hours on LOW. Add dry pasta and beans 30 minutes before end of cooking on HIGH or 45 minutes before end of cooking on LOW.
     
  3. Add spinach to slow cooker; stir until wilted, about 2 min.

  • Pasta can be cooked per pkg directions and added along with spinach.
  • For deeper flavor, try searing beef before adding to slow cooker.
  • Try using stew beef in place of chuck roast.
