  1. Season scallops with salt and pepper; coat with oil. Set aside.
     
  2. Heat peas and sauce in pan on MED; bring to a simmer. Add scallops; cook 1-2 min, until sauce returns to a simmer.
      
  3. Add cooked pasta; toss to combine. Add parsley; stir to combine. Garnish with cheese.
Options
  • For extra spice, add 1-2 Tbsp Italian Classics Hot Pepper Spread.
  • A little lemon zest will really brighten this dish.
