You'll Need

Large ovenproof skillet


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  1. Season fillets with salt and pepper; coat with seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in pan on MEDIUM-HIGH until oil faintly smokes; add salmon. Sear 5 min on one side only; turn fillets over and turn off heat. Keeping fillets in pan, top each with 1 Tbsp salsa.  
  3. Place pan with fillets in oven; bake about 5 min or until internal temp reaches 130 degrees. (Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of fillet.) Let rest 2 min. Serve with reserved salsa.
