Directions

  1. Add pancetta and prosciutto to pan on MED. Cook, stirring, about 5 min until browned. 
     
  2. Add onion and red pepper flakes. Cook 10-12 min until onions are softened. Add red wine vinegar, stirring to loosen browned bits on bottom of pan. Add sauce and water; bring to simmer. Simmer gently 5 min.
     
  3. Add oil. Season with salt and pepper. Stir. Add cooked pasta to pan; toss.
