  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ham, cut side down, in baking pan. Pour pomegranate juice over ham. Bake 10 min per pound. Remove from oven; carefully transfer ham to serving dish. Keep warm.
     
  2. To make glaze: Transfer pan drippings to medium saucepan. Cook on LOW, about 10 min, to reduce liquid by half. Stir in demi-glace to blend. Cook on LOW, about 5 min, until warmed through. Serve with sliced ham.
