  1. Combine basting oil with cumin, paprika, mint, and garlic in large bowl. Blend together well. Mix in ground beef; divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape into oblong patties 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Dust patties with pan-searing flour; pat off excess.
  2. Heat olive oil in large ovenproof skillet on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes; add patties. Turn when edges turn paper-bag brown about one-quarter of the way up sides, 3-4 min per side. Remove from skillet when internal temperature of patties reaches 160 degrees (check temp by inserting thermometer into thickest part of patty); keep warm. Drain excess drippings from pan.
  3. Heat roasted pepper sauce in small separate saucepan on MED, 2-3 min. Serve over patties.
