  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dust with pan-searing flour; pat off excess.
     
  2. Heat sesame oil in wok on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes; add chicken. Turn over when chicken changes color one-quarter of the way up and seared side has had turned paper-bag brown, 3-5 min.
     
  3. Reduce heat to MED. Cook 6-8 min, until internal temp reaches 165 degrees; check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken. Pour stir-fry sauce over chicken; reduce heat to LOW. Heat through.

  • Serve with Steamed Vegetables with Stir-Fry Sauce (see related recipe).
  • If serving with steamed vegetables, remove chicken from pan; keep warm. Toss steamed vegetables in pan sauces. Top vegetables with chicken.
