Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring large pot of salted water to boil.

  2. Dust chicken with pan-searing flour; pat off excess.

  3. Heat oil in ovenproof skillet on MED-HIGH, until oil faintly smokes; add chicken. Turn over when chicken changes color one-quarter of way up and seared side has turned paper-bag brown, 4-5 min.

  4. Place pan in oven; cook until internal temp of chicken reaches 165 degrees, 15-20 min (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of meat).

  5. Cook pasta in boiling water according to package directions; carefully remove pasta from water. Set aside. Return water to boil; blanch broccoli 3-5 min. Drain; set aside.

  6. Combine vodka sauce and stock in medium saucepan. Simmer on LOW until heated, 3-5 min.

  7. Place broccoli on plate; drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Add pasta and chicken to plate. Cover with sauce; sprinkle with cheese.
