  1. Place beef in small bowl. Add water, 1 Tbsp at a time, working in with hands until water is absorbed. Drizzle 1 Tbsp of oil over beef and work in with hands until absorbed. Sprinkle beef with corn starch; work in with hands to coat. Cover; chill 30 min.
     
  2. Blanch peppers and onions in pot of boiling, salted water, about 45 sec. Drain; set aside.
     
  3. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in wok on HIGH; add half the beef. Sear meat on one side until browned, about 3 min. Sear other side. Transfer to clean dish. Wipe wok Add 2 Tbsp oil to wok on HIGH; repeat with remaining beef. Remove beef from wok; set aside (do not wipe out wok).
     
  4. Add zucchini and yellow squash to wok on HIGH. Cook, stirring, about 1 min. Add sesame seeds; cook, stirring 1 min. Remove from wok; set aside.
     
  5. Add remaining oil to wok on HIGH. Add ginger and garlic, stirring continuously, 1 min. Add beef and sauce to wok; stir to coat.  Add veggie blends and mushrooms to wok; stirring continuously 1-2 min. Remove from heat.
Chef Tips
To easily remove seeds from peppers, slice them into rings and then shake them in your hands to remove seeds.
