  1. Add stir-fry vegetables and peppers to large pot of boiling, salted water. Blanch 20 seconds; drain. Set aside.
     
  2. Drizzle oil around sides of stir-fry pan; tilt to distribute evenly. Heat oil in stir-fry pan on HIGH until oil faintly smokes. (If oil smokes too much, stir-fry pan is too hot.)
     
  3. Add chicken and garlic; cook 4-5 minutes. Add vegetables; cook about 1 min. Add sauce; cook until heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds.
