  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet on MED. Cook mushrooms 1 min; add garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 min. Set aside to cool.
     
  2. Combine ground beef, mushrooms, and cheese; form into 4 burgers.
     
  3. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
     
  4. Sear burgers on grill 2 min, until they have changed color about one-quarter of way up from bottom. Turn over; sear 2-3 min. Turn again; reduce heat to MED-LOW. Close lid.
     
  5. Cook burgers to desired doneness.* Transfer to clean platter.
     
  6. Spread half of roll with 1/2 Tbsp mayonnaise and lettuce; top with burger and 1/2 Tbsp savory sauce. Close with other roll half. 
     

* If using non-irradiated ground beef, or if adding raw ingredients (not ready to eat) like raw eggs or raw produce, cook to 160 degrees.
