  1. Season beef with salt and pepper; place in deep dish. Cover with 1 cup marinade (reserve extra marinade for cooking). Marinate 4-8 hours in refrigerator. 
     
  2. Preheat grill on MEDIUM-HIGH. Sear beef about 5 min, until it has changed color one-quarter of way up from bottom. Turn over; baste (brush seared side with reserved marinade). Sear 1-3 min. Turn over beef; baste. Reduce heat to MEDIUM; close cover. Cook beef to 5 degrees below desired internal temp, 10-15 min (refer to meat cooking guide for final internal temp). Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of beef.  
     
  3. Transfer beef to clean platter; let rest 5-10 min.
Chef Tips
Can use extra marinade from bottle as finishing sauce.
