  1. Coat pork tenderloins thoroughly with Jerk Seasoning (wear gloves). Marinate 2-24 hours in refrigerator.
     
  2. Preheat grill on HIGH for 10 min. Coat cleaned grill lightly with vegetable oil.
     
  3. Sear pork on grill until it changes color 1/4 way up from bottom, 3-4 min. Turn and sear all sides, 3-4 min longer. Reduce heat to MED; close lid.
     
  4. Cook 10-12 min.until internal temp of pork reaches 145 degrees (check by inserting digital thermometer halfway into thickest part of pork). Remove from grill; let rest about 5 min until internal temp reaches 150 degrees.
