Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat milk, butter, and baking mix in sauce pan on HIGH; bring to boil, stirring continuously. 
     
  2. Reduce heat to MED. Add Brie, stirring continuously, until creamy. Add Cheddar, stirring continuously, until creamy. Add Hatch chiles; stir.
     
  3. Add cooked pasta to cheese sauce; stir to coat. Spread evenly in 13x9 baking dish. Pour eggs evenly over pasta. Sprinkle top of pasta with crushed chips.
     
  4. Bake 25-30 min, until egg is set.
