  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat clean grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
     
  2. Add peppers and onions, red pepper, potatoes, basting oil, and BBQ seasoning to large bowl; toss to coat. Place in foil pan. 
      
  3. Cook sausage on grill, 5 min, turning to brown all sides. Transfer to foil pan with pepper mixture. Cover pan tightly with large piece of foil, seal well. 
     
  4. Place pan on grill; close lid. Cook 20 min, until internal temp of sausage reaches 160 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of sausage). Use oven mitts to carefully remove foil cover when sausage is done; avoid steam.
