  1. Whisk 2 Tbsp basting oil and pepper blend in small bowl; spoon over pork, coating thoroughly. Chill about 30 min.
     
  2. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
     
  3. Add pork to grill; close grill cover. Sear, 2-4 min, until meat has changed color one-quarter of way up from bottom. Turn over; baste (brush seared side with remaining 1 Tbsp basting oil). Sear 2-3 min.
     
  4. Turn over; reduce heat to LOW; close cover. Grill 8-10 min, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of meat.)
     
  5. Transfer pork to clean platter. Let rest 5-10 min.
     
  6. Whisk demi glace and mustard in medium saucepan. Heat to boiling on MED, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
     
  7. Slice pork. Spoon sauce onto four plates and top with sliced pork.
