Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.
  1. Season turkey with BBQ seasoning. Drizzle with basting oil; rub over turkey to coat well.
     
  2. Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
     
  3. Sear turkey on grill 2-3 min, until it has changed color one-quarter of the way up from bottom. Turn over; sear 1-2 min. Reduce heat to LOW; close lid.
     
  4. Grill turkey 1 hour, or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of turkey. Transfer to clean platter. Rest about 10 min before carving.

Serve with Wegmans Memphis-Style BBQ Sauce.
