  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Rub all sides of steaks with BBQ seasoning. Let rest 5-10 min.
     
  2. Drizzle both sides of steaks with basting oil to lightly coat (too much oil will cause flare-ups on the grill).
     
  3. Coat cleaned grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
     
  4. Sear steaks, about 2 min, until steak has changed color one-quarter of way up from bottom. Turn over; baste (brush seared side with basting oil). Sear 1-3 min.
     
  5. Turn over steaks; baste. Cook 1-3 min. Turn over again; baste. Reduce heat to MED. Close cover. Check internal temp by inserting thermometer into thickest part of steak. Cook steaks to 5 degrees below desired internal temp (refer to meat cooking guide).
     
  6. Transfer steaks to clean platter; let rest 5-10 min.
     
  7. Brush remaining basting oil on one side of tortilla shells; place oiled-side down on grill. Brush tops with basting oil and sprinkle with barbecue seasoning. Grill 30 seconds, until slightly browned. Turn over and grill 30 seconds; set aside.
     
  8. Slice steaks very thin. Portion evenly onto tortillas and roll.
