Baking sheet, nonstick cooking spray

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Place chicken on sheet; season with salt and pepper.
     
  2. Combine basting oil, panko, and green onions in a small bowl. Spread 1 Tbsp salsa verde on each chicken breast; top each with 1/4 of the panko mixture.
     
  3. Bake 20-25 min, until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken.
