1 EZ Foil Rectangular Roaster Pan (16 1/8 x 11 3/4 x 2 7/8-inch), heavy-duty aluminum foil

Directions

Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  1. Clean grill with wire brush. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil.
     
  2. Season ribs generously with lemon pepper. Sear on grill 3-4 min on each side. Whisk together ginger beer and ketchup in large bowl.
     
  3. Transfer to foil pan; top with ginger beer mixture. Cover pan tightly with large piece of foil, sealing well.   Bake on center rack of oven about 2 hours. Remove from oven. Use oven mitts to carefully remove foil cover; avoid steam. Skim fat from surface and discard. Remove ribs from pan.
     
  4. Pour sauce into medium saucepan. Bring to boil on stovetop on HIGH; cook about 5 min to reduce by one-quarter. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve ribs with sauce.
