  1. Add fish, celery, peppers, onions, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1 Tbsp horseradish, 1/4 cup dill, 1/2 tsp pepper, egg, 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice, and matzo to bowl; stir to combine. Form into cakes about 4 oz each. Place on baking sheet; refrigerate 45 min.
  2. Mix 1 cup mayo, 1/3 cup horseradish, 1/3 cup dill, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1/4 tsp pepper in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in large skillet on MED. Add half of the cakes to skillet. Cook 4-5 min until golden brown; turn. Cook 4-5 min until golden brown; transfer to serving dish. Add remaining 2 Tbsp oil to pan. Cook 2nd batch of cakes; transfer to serving dish. Serve with horseradish dill sauce.
Chef Tips
Try making the patties smaller for appetizers or stuff into a Portobella Mushroom and broil on the bottom shelf for 5-6 min.
