  1. Chill cooked beans in large mixing bowl. 
     
  2. Add enough salted water to fill stockpot; bring to a boil on HIGH. Drop calamari rings into water; cook 30 seconds until translucent. Transfer to bowl with chilled beans. Return water to a boil. Add shrimp; cook 2 min, or until internal temp reaches 130 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of shrimp). Transfer shrimp to clean bowl; let rest at least 2 min. Add shrimp to bowl with beans and calamari.
        
  3. Add tomatoes, onion, fennel, hot pepper spread, parsley, lemon zest and juice, red wine vinegar and olive oil to bean-seafood mixture. Stir to mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until serving.
Chef Tips
Substitute Basic Dried Bean recipe with 4 cans (15.5 oz each) Wegmans Organic Garbanzo Beans, drained.
