  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place ham cut side down in roasting pan. Pour 1 1/2 cups Dr. W over ham; add dried cherries and 2 cups water to pan. Bake, uncovered, 1 hour 20 min. Baste occasionally with liquid from pan. 
      
  2. Prepare glaze: Add remaining 1 1/2 cups Dr. W to saucepan. Whisk in brown sugar, mustard, and cider vinegar. Bring to a simmer on MED. Cook, whisking often, about 30 min, until liquid is reduced by half and glaze has thickened. Remove 1/2 cup; set aside.
     
  3. Remove ham from oven; transfer to cutting board. Increase oven to 450 degrees. Pour liquid from pan with cherries into medium saucepan. Return ham to pan; baste with prepared glaze. Return to oven; bake, uncovered, 15 min. Transfer ham to cutting board to carve. 
     
  4. Add 1/2 cup reserved glaze to saucepan with reserved pan juices and cherries. Bring to simmer on MED. Add cornstarch and 2 Tbsp water to small bowl; stir to combine. Whisk cornstarch mixture into sauce; cook, 1-2 min, until thickened. Transfer to serving dish.
