  1. Start bringing gnocchi water to boil.  
  2. Heat tomato sauce in skillet on MED-LOW. Let simmer.
  3. Cook gnocchi per package directions, drain well. Add to skillet: toss gently to coat well with sauce.
  4. Transfer to serving plates. Sprinkle each serving with Parmigiano-Reggiano; drizzle with olive oil.
