Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  1. Season chicken with BBQ seasoning; dust with pan-searing flour.
     
  2. Heat olive oil in large ovenproof skillet on MEDIUM-HIGH, until oil faintly smokes; add chicken. Turn over when chicken changes color one-quarter of way up and seared side has turned paper-bag brown, 3-4 min per side.
     
  3. Place pan of chicken in oven. Cook 6-8 min, until internal temp of chicken reaches 165 degrees. Check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken.
     
  4. Transfer chicken to clean platter; keep warm. Let rest 5-10 min.
     
  5. Add broth and rosemary to pan that contained chicken; simmer on stovetop on MEDIUM-HIGH 2-3 min, until liquid is slightly reduced. Discard rosemary. Add red pepper sauce; simmer 2-3 min, until slightly thickened.
