Ingredients

You'll Need

1 large or 2 small cedar planks, soaked 1 hour in water

Directions

  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. 
     
  2. Arrange orange slices in single layer on planks; top with salmon portions. Drizzle salmon portions with half the teriyaki sauce; sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds.
         
  3. Place plank with salmon on grill; close cover.  Reduce heat to MED-HIGH; cook salmon about 15 min until internal temp reaches 130 degrees (check by inserting thermometer into thickest part of fillet).
     
  4. Transfer to clean platter; drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce. Let rest 2 min.
