  1. Rinse clams well in cold water; discard any broken or open ones. Set aside. Add rappi to 4 quarts of boiling, salted water in stockpot; blanch 1 min. Drain (reserve water in pot); set aside.
      
  2. Add 2 Tbsp oil and garlic to braising pan on MED-HIGH; cook, stirring, about 2 min until browned. Add clams, white wine, clam juice, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes; cover. Cook, 7-8 min, until clams open; discard any unopened clams. Add rappi and butter; stir to combine. 
     
  3. Return water in stockpot to rapid boil; add frozen pasta. Cook 2 1/2 min. Drain; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. 
     
  4. Add cooked pasta and reserved pasta water to pan with clams on MED-HIGH; season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Transfer to serving platter; drizzle with lemon juice and remaining oil.
