Directions

  1. Pat calamari rings dry with paper towels; toss with pan-searing flour. 
     
  2. Cook pasta per pkg directions; drain and keep warm.  
     
  3. Heat 3 Tbsp olive oil in saute pan until lightly smoking; carefully add calamari.  Cook, stirring, 1-1 1/2 min. Add sauce and 1 Tbsp parsley;  heat about 1 min. 
     
  4. Toss pasta with remaining 2 Tbsp olive oil and remaining parsley.  Season to taste with salt and pepper. Portion onto serving plates; top with calamari.
 
Options
  • Frozen Northern King Squid Rings and Tentacles can be substituted for fresh calamari.
     
  • Serve with Food You Feel Good About Italian Blend Salad.
