  1. Add 4 cups water and ginger slices to stockpot; bring to boil while continuing with recipe.
     
  2. Heat oil in stir-fry pan on MED-HIGH until oil faintly smokes; add mushrooms from package. Cook, stirring, about 5 min, until lightly browned. Add peppers from package, minced ginger, and garlic; cook, stirring, about 30 sec.
     
  3. Add oyster sauce, cooking wine, and broth; stir to coat evenly. Bring to a boil. Stir in tofu; reduce heat to LOW. Cook about 5 min.
     
  4. Add bok choy and yu choy from package to boiling water; blanch 1 min. Drain; discard ginger. Arrange on serving platter.
     
  5. Whisk together cornstarch, 1 Tbsp water, soy sauce, sugar, goji berries, salt, and white pepper in small bowl; set aside. Bring tofu mixture to boil on HIGH. Add cornstarch mixture to tofu mixture, stirring constantly, 30 sec. Top greens with tofu mixture; garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
