Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season pork with salt. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in braising pan on MED. Add half the pork; cook, turning to brown all sides, about 8 min. Transfer to clean dish. Repeat process with remaining oil and pork.
     
  2. Return all seared pork to pan; add salsa and water. Bring to simmer. Cover; transfer to oven.
     
  3. Cook, stirring occasionally, 1 1/2-2 hours, until pork is fork-tender. Remove from oven; let rest.
