  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Add beef and blue cheese to bowl; mix with hands until combined. Form into 6 patties. Drizzle 1 Tbsp oil across patties, turning to coat both sides. 
     
  2. Using soft cloth, coat grill grate lightly with vegetable oil. Place patties on grill. Reduce heat to MEDIUM. Sear burgers on grill until they change color about one-quarter of the way up from bottom, about 2 min.  Turn over; sear 2-3 min. Turn again; reduce heat to MED. 
       
  3. Clove cover; cook 10 min, until internal temp reaches 160 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of burger). Transfer to platter; set aside.
       
  4. Brush portobella caps with 1 Tbsp olive oil. Grill, 4 min per side, or until tender. Remove from grill; slice. Top burgers with mushroom slices.
