Small Roaster (9 3/4 x14 1/16 x 3 3/4 -inch), nonstick cooking spray, parchment paper, foil
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook pasta 9 min in boiling, salted water. Gently rinse in cold water to stop cooking.
2. Combine pasta, peppers, tomatoes, both packages of sauce, crushed red pepper, arugula, 1/2 of cheese (1 1/2 oz), and water in large mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spray bottom and sides of pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add pasta mixture to pan. Cover with parchment paper placed directly on sauce, then foil.
4. Bake 50 min. Remove from oven; remove foil and paper. Top with remaining cheese. Return to oven. Bake, uncovered, 20 min until bubbling at edges.
