8 ramekins; culinary torch

Directions

  1. Heat apples and butter in pan on MED-HIGH. Cook, stirring constantly, 6-7 min.
     
  2. Reduce heat to MED-LOW. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 15 min. Remove from heat. Evenly portion apples into ramekins; refrigerate, about 30 min.
     
  3. Top apples with 1/4 cup yogurt in each ramekin; refrigerate, about 30 min. 
     
  4. Sprinkle each ramekin with 3/4 tsp sugar; caramelize with culinary torch.
Chef Tips
  • Don't have a culinary torch? Sprinkle ramekins with crumbled biscotti in place of the sugar and torch.
  • Ginger Gold or Twenty Ounce apples can be used in place of Cortland apples.
