Directions

  1. Make rosemary syrup: Combine sugar and water in saucepan; bring to boil. Remove from heat; add rosemary sprig and steep 5 min. Set aside to cool. Remove sprig.
     
  2. To make one drink: Add Soju, lemon juice, and 1 Tbsp (1/2 oz) rosemary syrup into shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into rocks glass. Add a splash of cranberry wine; drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Garnish with rosemary-skewered cranberries.
