Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  1. Arrange crepes on flat surface. Place half slice ham on each crepe; fold crepe to form halfmoon shape.
     
  2. Layer 2 Tbsp cheese, 1/3 cup apples and another 2 Tbsp cheese on each crepe; roll into cone shape. Place seam-side down on nonstick baking sheet or pan lined with parchment paper.
     
  3. Place on center rack of oven. Bake 8-10 min or until lightly browned and cheese melts.
