  1. Add tomatoes, sliced basil, and 1 Tbsp oil to small bowl; season with salt and pepper. Toss to combine.
     
  2. Heap tomato mixture on one side of serving platter; arrange mozzarella alongside tomatoes. Drizzle remaining oil over mozzarella; season with pepper. Garnish with basil leaves.
