  1.  Slice off about one quarter of each profiterole top to create "cup;" reserve top. (Press interior of "cup" if you need more filling area.) 
  2. Place about 1 Tbsp pulled pork into each profiterole "cup." Top each with about 2 tsp cheese.
  3. Place profiteroles on microwave-safe plate and cook on HIGH about 1 min, until cheese is melted and pork is heated through.
  4. Remove from microwave. Replace tops to make sandwiches. 
Chef Tips
Profiteroles can be filled ahead, chill until ready to heat and serve.
