Directions

  1. Add seasoning, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, lime zest, and green onions to large bowl; whisk to combine. Add shrimp; stir. Cover; chill at least 30 min.
     
  2. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Skewer 2 shrimp on each of about 20 food picks; season with salt and pepper. Arrange on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake 5 min until internal temp reaches 130 degrees (check by inserting thermometer into thickest part of shrimp).
