  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange artichoke hearts on baking sheet, stem side down. Sprinkle evenly with grated cheese and bread crumbs; season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil.
     
  2. Bake 12-15 min; remove from oven. Set oven to BROIL; adjust rack to 6 inches from heat. Broil 2 min to brown tops.
