  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast nuts on baking sheet on center rack 5 min. Remove from oven; rough chop with knife or nut grinder. Dollop 1/2 tsp spread into bottom of each phyllo cup. Add 1/2 Tbsp goat cheese to each; top with 1-2 cherries and pistachios.
     
  2. Bake 6-8 min on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
