Directions

  1. Puree onion in food processor with lime juice; set aside.
     
  2. Add avocado to bowl; mash with a potato masher or large spoon until slightly chunky. 
     
  3. Add onion-lime mixture, Tabasco and cilantro to avocado. Season with salt; combine well.
