  1. Place sugar, water, cocoa, cinnamon, and salt in medium saucepan; stir well. Add pecans.
  2. Bring mixture to boil on HIGH. Remove from heat. Toss and stir constantly until liquid thickens and pecans are well coated, 3 to 5 min.
  3. Spread pecans on wax paper so that they are not touching and allow them to cool completely. Store in airtight container.
