  1. Combine all ingredients (except shrimp) in large stock pot. Bring to boil; reduce heat to simmer 15 min. Strain, if desired.
  2. Add shrimp; return to boil; reduce heat. Simmer about 7 min; drain.
  3. Refrigerate shrimp in single layer on cookie sheet. Serve chilled with sauce.
