  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and set whites aside.
     
  2. Mash yolks finely with fork. Add mayonnaise and mix well.
     
  3. Stir in salsa, chives, olives, and lemon juice. Spoon yolk mixture into whites, using 1 heaping Tbsp yolk mixture for each egg half.
     
  4. Chill to blend flavors. If desired, garnish with fresh sprig of cilantro.
