You'll Need

12 pre-soaked skewers


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Alternate 2 pieces of chicken with 2 mushroom caps on each skewer; season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in pan on MED-HIGH; add skewers. Cook, turning to brown all sides, about 2-3 min. Remove from heat.
  2. Spread 1 Tbsp oil across foil-lined baking sheet. Arrange skewers on sheet. Bake, about 10-12 min, until internal temp reaches 165 degrees (check by inserting thermometer halfway into thickest part of chicken).
  3. Transfer to platter; squeeze lemon juice over skewers before serving. Serve with warmed savory sauce.
