  1. Place oven rack one setting above center. Preheat oven on BROIL.
     
  2. Carefully open clams with clam knife. Loosen clam into one half of clam shell; discard other half. Lay opened clams shell-side down on baking sheet. Top each clam with one drop of Worcestershire or Tabasco sauce.
     
  3. Make bread crumb topping: combine bread crumbs, garlic, parsley and olive oil; stir to blend.
     
  4. Place about 1 tsp breadcrumb mixture evenly over each clam.
     
  5. Broil clams until crumbs are lightly browned, about 2 min.
     
  6. Serve with wedges of lemon to squeeze over clams.
