1 EZ Foil Rectangular Roaster Pan (16 1/8 x 11 3/4 x 2 7/8-inch), heavy-duty aluminum foil

Directions

  1. Preheat grill on HIGH 10 min. Melt butter in small saucepan on MED-LOW. Add garlic, paprika, cayenne, and pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, 1-2 min, until light brown. Add lemon juice, lemon rinds, rosemary sprigs, and sauce to pan; season with salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, about 5 min.
     
  2. Remove pan from heat; add shrimp. Toss to coat; transfer to foil pan. Arrange shrimp in single layer on pan. Cover pan tightly with large piece of foil, folding over edges to seal well.  
     
  3. Reduce grill heat to MED. Place pan on grill; close lid. Cook, about 8 min, until internal temp reaches 130 degrees (carefully cut small X in top of foil cover; insert thermometer through slit into shrimp). Remove from grill using oven mitts. Carefully remove foil cover; avoid steam. Transfer to clean serving platter; let rest 2 min.
